Jesup Ag Takes Delivery of New Dry Fertilizer Floater
The Ag Center at Jesup took delivery of a new Case IH floater on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. It has a twin bin multiplier box and the unit will replace the current 1999 dry fertilizer floater. Greg Stanek will be the primary operator.Jesup Ag Takes Delivery of New Dry Fertilizer Floater
The new unit is equipped with GPS to enable variable rate application and auto steering. It also makes a coverage map on the screen in the cab so that Greg can make sure that the entire field is covered. This is especially helpful in small irregular shaped fields where you can lose track of where you’ve been and what you’ve got left to spread. Greg is excited to run a new machine with the latest technology and to put it to work on your farm.
