A MESSAGE FROM THE CONTROLLER:
We are always looking for ways to make it easier and faster for our customers to do business with E.C.I.C. We are also always interested in finding better ways of communicating with our customers and member-owners.
In looking for ways to improve the manner of serving you, our customers, we currently offer a direct deposit program for our grain customers. This allows you to call in and sell grain and we could then make a direct deposit to the appropriate account designated by the customer. The FSA Office is currently using direct deposit for program payments.
In the communications area, I am wondering how many of our customers would prefer to receive our newsletter via e-mail. Many progressive businesses are now moving to sending newsletters, market up-date and other information valuable to their customers by e-mail.
